Earlier this month I got to meet Crystal + Michael and photograph their maternity mini session. They are so excited for the arrival of their little girl Alani and I couldn't be happier for them! Check it out:

A couple of days ago, I had the pleasure of photographing the Navarro Family! We had done a real mini session about a year ago with their oldest daughter, except this time....she was in charge! She wanted to pose this way and that way, and she wanted to do this and that. As if that wasn't enough to make me giddy, she directed her baby brother, as if he was supposed to know how things had to be done for the camera! But I was okay, because photographing her little brother made my heart melt.

Yesterday I went to my Facebook Friends and asked for their help in finding the song featured on this slideshow, and who to my surprise figured out that song, when all I said was that the chorus said "lalalala" and it appeared on an Apple commercial? The Navarro Mom herself! THANK YOU!!!

I can't wait to continue to photograph this family throughout the years

It's been a whirlwind Monday, so many plans formalizing and coming together, and possibilities opening up! Its one of those Monday we feel blessed to have and it energizes us to have an awesome week.

So where are the rest of the sessions I've had? They're coming along and will be posting plenty this week. In the mean time fall in love with this:

I had the best time photographing this amazing couple last week! There's just simply no other way to put it. I could sit here and try, but truth is...I had. The. BEST. Time. Hands down. We talked, we laughed, we goofed around, by the end of the session I felt I knew Jill + Duncan for years as opposed to hours.

We started our session at the Driscoll in Downtown Austin and walked around from there, not to mention that we even had the opportunity to stand in the middle of traffic and get a few images...I've never done that before but it was so worth it!

I can't wait until their wedding in November!
